Blessed Monday

I hope we all had a great, blessed weekend - I know I did. The girls and I saw Madagascar - it was good; at least Taylor liked it, of course Candace just did her own thing. Had to walk w/her for a bit near the end of the movie - but all in all - it was a good day.

The girls and I spent Sunday with Ann Linton (family & Shreeses' friend) and little Tayla who is currently 4 months old. She's soooooooooooooooooooooooooo precious and small - LOL LOL. You know with my big babies she was very very lite in my arms - and NO little Candace wasn't jealous. OK, maybe she did try to grab her face - OMG!!!

So here's the latest in the family news:

Hello Planning Committee,
I'm still awaiting the decisions on t-shirt color and event color. This is what has been discussed:

o T-Shirt Color
§ Red, like last year (Daphne)
§ Green, for life and health (Tysha)
§ Blue, to match event colors
§
o Event Color
§ Blue & Gold
§ There were no event colors last year*

more inauguration news!!!
from Joanne
Everyone must contact there senators and congressmen(women) for tickets to the presidential ceremony in January. I put in a request for 8 to congressman James Clyburn via his website. Keep your fingers cross. Most of them has said that the request more than out weighs the number of tickets they have been allocated. One elected official had it announced on the local news stations to please stop the calls/request; because, he/his office has received over 1500 and he only has about 200 tickets. If I had known the process I would have started requesting on election night.
